Yes, finally resolved as database not updated when I retired, so the renewal invoice was sent to company email. I had anticipated my email may not have...

Retired EK guy, trying to renew my Aetna Supplemental Health Insurance without much success. Talked/emailed to APC many times but the 'weak link' is our Aetna liason. Anyone else...
