Aetna renewal?
Good Day All
Retired EK guy, trying to renew my Aetna Supplemental Health Insurance without much success. Talked/emailed to APC many times but the 'weak link' is our Aetna liason. Anyone else having difficulties? PM if you like
Cheers, CK

Aetna
I thought after being a member for two years, you can resume your cover without going through apc.
If you wish to maintain cover, and completed two continuous years then you can maintain cover directly through Aetna .
Unless the policy has changed???

Thanks to all that replied (including PMs)
Yes, finally resolved as database not updated when I retired, so the renewal invoice was sent to company email. I had anticipated my email may not have be changed so sent update to new email address a month after retirement and again a month before invoices would be sent. What-to-do?
Keep Discovering, eh?
