troff- then you have to argue with them about it. If you call in sick those 2 days become AD's. if that is the case then it should work similarly in every case. They cannot have it both ways.

It can work in your favor though. If you have a ULR prior to your leave insist they change the 2 leave days after the flight to OFF days and add them on the end. Rostering tries this little trick...
