Why not just use the PMDG 737NG sim for FS2004? Buy the CH Products flight yoke to make it more realistic It can be configured to the exact Ryanair NG setup. I used it for some sim work for another...

No, that's not what they want. They might take you if you were rated, line trained and ready to go. Otherwise, you need to go through the cadet recruitment process and do the TR through Ryanair.
