So why do it 'on camp', highly likely to be under cvtv coverage, with the guardroom (armed guards) a couple of hundred metres away :suspect:

I did mean 'random runner' as in 'random service person' runner, but of course silly me; the suspects thought it easier to abduct a fit male on a run, on a military base, rather than a not so...
