I assumed it was intended to be "Holier than thou" [Isaiah 65:5]. I was amused to discover that "holier than Thou" is also the trade name of an ear [etc] piercing clinic in Manchester!

Well in the UK such a position would be illegal in an employment context, and would force your employer to bring a disciplinary action which (if the position didn't change) would lead to dismissal....
