Aside from missing what has been written previously in this thread, no you haven't missed anything. What you've seen on the application portal seems entirely normal.

I haven't been able to edit BASE CHOICES since the initial submission. Is that not the same for all? I thought the only issue some people had was not being able to edit TOTAL HOURS, LICENCE EXPIRY...

Well, that's interesting.

The only thing I cannot edit is base choices. I can still update hours, licence expiry dates etc. Can also view and edit document uploads.

Same as above re: document upload and 'red text' I don't think it's anything to be concerned about. It's just how the website has been designed.
