As far as I know, Ryanair have been recruiting CTC trainees (both integrated and modular) since forever with FTE and OAA trainees. It just seems they will be a third training location for the type...

It is a fact that 737 hours are more valuable than ATR hours as recruiters in Europe, ME and Asia require hours on type or on Boeing aircraft to move to bigger aircraft.
