Mmm...which countries don't accept the CAAP license ? I know that CAAP is a joke and has no standards at all but I was unaware that CAAP licenses were not accepted for conversion in contracting ICAO...

Don't give up , many expats have got in with less experience than you. It is unorganized and you'll want to give up and go home on some days but it's a stepping stone. Good luck on your search

It would be a good idea if someone would give the entire process from your initial skyoe interview to your first flight. There are many many steps involved, would be very useful for people to know.
