la lasci solo se la RVR è > alla minima richiesta (o vedi la pista)

Il senso è che 1.000 ft sono "un paletto"...

Il senso è che 1.000 ft sono "un paletto" .......potresti avere una minima più alta dei 1.000 ft gnd ed in quel caso ti fermi alla minima, oppure potresti avere una minima più bassa dei 1.000 ft gnd...
