Flying Commercially on your days OFF in General Aviation

I have another question in regard to Cargolux (Luxembourg). Do they allow if you fly commercially General Aviation in your days off. I am not talking about flying for competitors or even a ferry...

Question about DLR. In the handout I received from DLR they mention a "Physics / Basic Knowledge" test. Does that also apply for the DLR for Cargolux or is that only for future students of Lufthansa...
