is not possible to do a conversion from 737/200 to 737/300-900 or NG beacause they are 2 different type ratings.

I suppose that 45K US dollars are too much for a 737-200 type rating... they offer you a one year contract.... and then? after one year.... what is your work possibilities around the world with that...
