77 Sims are only used for recurrent training, there is no intial training happening now.

But as of now, I don't think they are...

No. it’s definitely changed. 4 years down the lane there won’t be any expat FOs for sure. This never happened 15 yrs ago.

Apparently some were given just two weeks notice. Even those who have the apartments. It would take at least three months for the lines and the Ruh base to get stabilized imho.
