But what will happen in a few year's if all the experienced guys are going on retirement?
This means there will be a huge gap and no pilots to fly, right?

I have seen this principle in Dutch...

Personal source with in EASA

I got this numbers from a personal source with in the EASA.

Not sure which those numbers are exact.
So maybe a part are helicopters made by Agusta Westland and sold.
