The longer your here the less you fly!, simply not the case, my hours as F/O went up over the years,I did move bases a bit to chase the busy schedulals but that worked and I did 90 hours + in summer...

Dont worry too much about failing or partialing an IR test, many people do it, its the toughest one to pass as if you get it wrong...

I have been flying for nearly a year on the JAA though, my IAA...
