The profile of the hired people are mainly low experience pilots.
They do not hire direct entry captain. They just want low profile pilot. They have the captains. They need the FOs.

Contract 5 years.
If you leave at the end of the first year, you have to pay the 4 remaining years 15,000 / 5 years = 3,000 * 4 years = 12,000 USD to pay.

The contract I have read mention you can start as FO or Captain...

They bond you about 15,000 USD for conversion, familiarization and Line training course. Quite expensive, but pretty standard...
