No the CA-9 does not stand because the revision was done in Oct 2010 and this new CAR came on November the 12 th 2010

That info shown on the CA-9 was copy pasted from the Old CAR anyway they jst...

For the purpose of doing recency you have to come on a tourist visa . Atleast thats what my flying school says . This is because you are not coming for the purpose of obtaining flight training...

I-20 to go there . Tell your school...
