As far as I'm aware, Monarch never re-opened the online recruitment after the initial rush and are working through the applications received still.
Everyone I know who has had jobs / interviews...

Fair enough comment if people are on permanent FO contracts at Easyjet, but the guys in the UK aren't. The contract on offer at Monarch is well above that offered by easyjet via their flexi crew...
