Shouldn't that be the other way round? C152 (2) turns final behind C152(1)? Unless I'm visualising it wrong. No hang on

The aircraft on 1 mile final in front of the 28 should be 152 (2) shouldn't...

Different story if you've been offered it by an ATC controlled airport rather than an a/g grass...
