As far as I know Cityjet is a private unlimited company. Therefore under Irish law it does not have to disclose any financial statements to the public.

Presumably they think it will be easier to get approval with cityjet rather than KLM cityhopper for example, since Cityjet are Irish. If they used KLM for the takeover, it would probably get rejected...
