Just got a comment back from my son, who works in the Bizjet management/charter industry..."they (Ubair) are expensive".

Well, looking at the information on their website...

Well, looking at the information on their website it appears to me that they are merely brokers, and don't seem to have aircraft of their own.
So this means that they are using existing charter...
