Thumbs up Best source for helicopter job openings

Hello all friends & colleagues!

I am new to this board but have been flying helicopters professionally and semi-professionally about 10 years now. Did some surveillance, photography & areal work when I started, but have been on a break for 5 years now (I have a "day job" too). I have about 1000 hours of rotary wing flight, not more.

And then finally to my question: what is the best source for ALL publicly displayed helicopter pilot openings out there? I just see pretty old & messy web sites. I know the job market is v. tough, but still... what sources are you using to find jobs?

Genius reply. Sad but true.

If there was a utopia for job sources, I think we'd all be on it by now.

Focus on your goal, network, and buy a lottery ticket.

Hah - thanks for the replies! Was just wondering whether there was some credible source of all openings but sounds like I need to build the metasite myself! =)

A lot of jobs don't make it to the internet. They circulate word of mouth...

Besides a network and the right website to look for job openings you need luck:

A chief pilot had the job to hire a new pilot.
Without reading he divided the stack of 200 CVs into 2 piles.
The left pile went into the bin:
"Pilots with luck have an advantage"
And started reading the pile on the right.

I heard the same chief pilot split the cv's into 2 piles, threw half in the bin and said
"I don't employ unlucky people"
And went through the rest of the cv's.
