R66 & EC120 aircraft flight test form

Hello fellow Rotorheads,

I'm wondering if anyone out there knows where I can find the R66 and EC120 flight-test forms that are completed during a flight test on the a/c.

We have these machines in the hangar that are due a flight test after their annual inspection.

Any help would be great, I cant seem to find anything on the web.

Thanks!

EC120 is in the Flight Manual sect 8. It specifies which checks must be done for the maintenance tasks carried out. Its mostly applicable after replacements. If not listed its a check flight only so general systems and feel check.
