Rescue at pembrey country park

Hi guys, would it be possible to thank the guys who picked up my mum in law from pembrey beach last Sunday.
She and her daughter got cut off from the incoming tide, also 5 of the dogs.
A sea king was sent to pick her up,but she died from the cold, her daughter was picked up by the RNLI and was rushed to hospital.
Emma survived, but the dogs and her mum didn't.
I would just like to thank them for all their help.

I've passed your message to the Burry Port Coastguard team who attended the incident and the RNLI crew at Burry Port. The Sea King came from RMB Chivenor.

My condolences on your loss.

I'm very sorry to read about your family's tragic loss.

The Sea King would have been from 22 Squadron RAF. Their HQ is at RAF Valley on Anglesey but they have Flights detached around the UK and Pembrey is covered by 'A' Flight based at Chivenor.

Address:

OC 22 Squadron A Flight
RMB Chivenor
BARNSTAPLE
N Devon
EX31 4AZ

Oneill99,

I'm very sorry for your loss as we tried our best to save your mother-in-law's life but she had been in the water quite a while when we arrived.

I was the co-pilot of Rescue 169 and the awful irony of losing a mother on Mother's day wasn't lost on us.

Please feel free to contact me direct if you wish.

Our condolences.
