Inquiry about ATPL(a)

Hi everyone,
I have some questions regarding ATPL(a) integrated, or perhaps pilot training.
I'm sorry if what I ask has already been answered in the forum, however all I've seen were people beating around the bush, no offense to anyone. I just need a few concentrated answers.
So, here I go:
I'm currently a student in Lithuania, I'm in the last grade of high school, about to get my secondary education. I have no prior aviation experience, however i might be trying to get into a small amateur piloting school in my home town. I would love to be an European airline pilot for a living. However, it's really hard to find any solid information about how, where, when, etc.

1)I wonder what is the best way to get CPL? ATPL(a) integrated course? Where do you recommend to study this? Is it worth getting a bachelor's degree as a sort of a backup plan besides this or should I put all of my effort in getting my piloting licence?
If I should get a bachelor's degree, should i look for an academy with Bachelor included or should i spend 4 years in a university and then go for an ATPL elsewhere?

2)What are normal overall cost for pilot training? In Lithuania it's 62 000€(if you get into a cadet program with an airline and they pay for the practice part of the training). In Stockholm flight Academy it's 89 000€, all included. Are these prices considered reasonable? Are these academies adequate?

3)What is the deal with loans? I know it's a sensitive topic, but a common one nonetheless. Is it easier to get in some countries? Which countries might this be? Can I get at least partial financing in any of them? I've read that it's worth trying to get financing in Sweden, if I decide to study there.

4) Just to clarify: frozen ATPL is the highest licence i can get? It requires practice hours to unfreeze and then I'm set to apply for a serious job position? or have I misunderstood this?

If any current pilot, who's went through all of this, has the time and will, maybe i could receive an email address so I could ask a few question as go along the way.

So far these are all the questions I have, I might add some question as time goes by and I remember something.
Thank you for your answers in advance.
Again, sorry if I repeated some question which were already answered before.
