Chipmunk!
The excellent Prestwick Flying Club has just added a Chipmunk to its flight line. It looks like they're hiring it out at a very reasonable rate too - £115 per hour. The guy I spoke to was really enthusiastic and helpful, so I'm going over there to get checked out on it and do some aerobatics!

Don't think my bank manager (or Mrs CB!) will be very happy if I react to this news the way my heart's telling me...... (ie) Proceed to Prestwick at best possible speed to get tailwheel conversion & aeros training!! 
I could easily blow £1500 without thinking, as I have a lot of pax time + 3.5 hrs early PPL time in Chippies and loved every minute of it!
