Help with pprune pms!!

Cant seem to fathom my inbox out presently. I am receiving pms on my email account but if I log onto prune they dot appear to be there. help!!

You have the 'send email to captainsmiffy' option enabled in your profile - maybe you are getting emails direct, rather than PMs?

Is your PM quota full?

I was wondering about this. Only today I replied to a pprune email that told me I could answer a member's message within the system and also by his personal email. I don't think either seemed to be related to PMs.

The direct email was plain enough (I hope) but the reply within our pprune system I'm not sure about. Does that get translated into a PM? By the sound of the above, seemingly not.

Can one of you send me a copy of the PM? Or post a photo screen shot of the email? I really don't know what you're referring to.

I'm getting the hang of what's going on now thanks, and indeed, just replied to a response from a first reply. It seems it had gone to an old e-address so wasn't discovered for a while.
