Transit through Hong Kong

I'm going to be transiting through Hong Kong in November and have 45 minutes to change flights. What is a reasonable time frame to be able to do this? I'm flying in on Lufthansa and flying out on Air New Zealand.

Thanks for any info.

Back in regular times I'd have said 30 minutes if you are checked through and didn't need to recheck baggage & get a boarding ticket. But with the Covid garbage HKG is running I'd strongly suggest you ask the airlines you will be travelling on especially as HKG Govt changes the Covid rules whenever it feels like it
