TAP strike

Mrs. Seenitall and I are scheduled to fly from the U.S. to Lisbon via LHR -- with the LHR-LIS leg on the morning of 22 March. I just received a delightful email from United (booking carrier and who is flying us from IAD to LHR) that TAP employees have scheduled a strike for 21-23 March, and rebookings should be considered.

What is your collective wisdom based on past TAP history that TP 353 (and the subsequent 4 flights on TAP on 22 March) from LHR to LIS will be cancelled. Information in the U.S. is sketchy about such issues.
