The Longest TAF Ever?

I've been around for a while but have never seen a TAF this long... until today!

Just pick ya ETA time frame....and at least its 'tabulated', but that fog is a wurry....

I reckon any TAF more than four lines, for VFR flight, is usually a warning to do something else rather than go flying.

There's so many good WX days in Australia to fly VFR.

Given the ETAs of the LHR- PER sector there's actually no requirements on PER for that flight.

In short, nice benign CATI wx with a hint of some fog later on. Flight plan fuel should be enough!

I had a good rule-of-thumb:
If there is more than 4/8 writing on the TAF you need an alternate.
Surprising how well it worked.
