I once heard of a few words called airmanship and common sense, and I even thought I knew what they meant. Ahhhhhh, maybe I was dreaming again, that happens sometimes - nurse another pill please.

Too true DuckPilot,
For the seemingly uneducated, mustering pilots hold a low level and mustering endorsement. PNG pilots would not endanger their lives by being "cowboys".

it?), they should all take lessons in digital media and cinematography, at the high end of the scale (although CAsA can't even get its own house in order let alone learn the tricks of cinematography). Some of today's relatively cheap equi
I was once drawn into a CAA UK investigation and found them reluctant to get involved with analysis of an (air to air) video because the alleged misdemeanour wasn't 101% obvious or inarguable. At the time they didn't have the expertise for scientific analysis.

In respect to this video I'm 100% sure it is not reversed.

If the charter was legal in respect to performing aerial work and those on the ground were part of the film story or doc, or as it has eventuated, self promotion by an entertainment professional, then there is good reason for the manoeuvre

Anyway, the industry has to rationalise the demand for some joy flights to be dynamic. Aerobatics in a tiger moth or a hot lap in a race car put the passenger in a more dangerous place, yet these businesses can operate without fear of being outed by social media.

Perhaps its time for dynamic manoeuvres in helicopters (with paying passengers) to be trained and practiced, dare I say, operators and pilots should be "approved" and endorsed?
Aerobatic helirides could be a money spinner? until there is a fatal?
