Air India 777 engine fire after takeoff at Newark, NJ USA 07/13/2014

(revised story says no bird strike)
TV clip on this had pilot-to-tower discussion with tower asking if maybe the pilot's reported observation was some dust kicked up. I believe it may have reported tires blowing on landing.
Searching this event found a 2007 pprune thread on a 777 engine fire at takeoff in Newark.
