US visa

Hi All,

I am a foreign pilot, did all my initial training in the US, but then 9/11 happened and couldnt get a new work visa. I have been offered a job in the US but I need a work visa. Could someone shed light on which visa I need and/or which immigration lawyer I could contact. I have an FAA licence and around 1800 hours total time.

Thanks,
Hawker

Hawker,

Perhaps a bit more background info would give prospective advisors a better handle on what to say in answer to your question.

What is your current country ?

What segment of US aviation has offered you a job...Part 121, Part 135, Part 91, Part 91K ?

Can't your prospective employer offer any help or advice ?
