The black and foamy beer? Why not Not much of a fan of the dark stuff, but a Newcastle does the trick Ditto on the nice and warm day yesterday, and some tall frosty ones were consumed outdoors. Shades engaged of course

Aye, has it been that long...?
Busy over here and I am sure, over there as well.
Flying a-plenty, then on off days, over to the Bahamas on the ol boat to lick some rays and even more brew.
Now back with a slight hang-over and a sunburn.
This time of the year is when the sun is shining on Scandiland and when the young girls are out to see and be seen in their little mini-skirts..
Yeah, perhaps I should move my ass over there and crank up another mid-life crises, do the young stuff again.
On the other hand, maybe not...

Yup TD, it has been that long!!
Mid-life crisis, huh!? ....well, somehow I think that is not for you.
You seem to be enjoying life to the fullest!
Sailing to the Bahamas and all that.......
Only been to the Bahamas thrice, on "training flights" to North Euluthra (I believe it was called).
Maaaan, that was sweet!!

Two weeks passes quickly, you know Guttn!!
Usually when you're having fun, but now too.
Ain't nothin' cookin' here, and no real signs of improvement either!
Aahh, ferk it! Midsommar will soon be here and there will be parties.
As long as I don't have to choak down that bloody sill. Nubbe will be good enough, thank you very much!!
So the bar is open again huh?!
Well, I missed you by less than an "academic quarter", so I guess I'll be enjoying myself. By myself! How sad isn't that?!?

That`s one thing the Swedes are really godd at; arranging Midtsommar All we do here is burn stuff and drink lotsa beer... which actually doesn`t sound too bad at the moment
Colse but still no sigar dude! As you can see I`m up before the paperboy does his rounds. Going home today for a relaxing week off Will frequent the bar though.
Seriously, we need the smilie with the tall frosty one. We already have the one for the afterparty and the morning after

....agree on the smilies, yes.
Never thought of it the way you presented it though. The before/after analogy. Liked it. You, my good friend, make sense most of the time!!
Edit;
TD, you ol' dawg!!
Where you at?! The gym?

But can`t make sense all of the time, otherwise things would get too predictable and mundane Better keep some folks guessing
Oh yeah, here`s another smilie hehehe.... The one where you`ve landed jsut too late and have to quickly get out of uniform and run down to the local store to get a sixpack before it closes... But they close shop just as you get to the door...

TD, me needs some pointers from the guy who gets around. Got a good 3 weeks of in late Sept/beginning og Oct. As you know, Norway kinda sucks at that time of year unless you go hunting (not certified yet, perhaps next year), and I`m looking towards the Caribbean and all that. Will be a family thing, so I guess it won`t be "the full package x-country solo flight" deal, but still... Got any good ideas? Wouldn`t mind spending a few weeks in good ol` FL either

Aye, there is life in the old bones...?
Had forgotten about the Viking bar and the fun times in the past. (If the walls could talk...Wait.)
So, who is still around and who is doing whom?
(we know Viking767 is probably doing everybody, nothing new there)
I am still around, but not on PPRuNe much. Quiet day today, neither horny nor thirsty or flying...Laying on the coach with a laptop and scratching myself with an occasional fart thrown in for good measure, perfectly ok in the Viking Bar of course, even the Ladies don't mind..
So what is new up North Earl? ya behaving yerself, or so-so?
Almost took a trip up there this week, had 9 days off, but got distracted with other stuff under the palmtrees and sunshine, boats and beer, etc but need to take the trip for family reasons soon.

Nothing wrong in having another round at the bar! There`s always time enough for one more round... just one more... please.. And, after all, it`s Friday!

Beer day today. But it is too good, so I had to put a bit of vinegar in it to make it last longer....
A mate called to invite me to dinner. Good thing, the neighbors cat started looking enticing, fresh meat an'all...
It's looking to be an interesting saturday!

Hmm Mr. Earl, not sure that is the correct way to eat pussy although a free meal
Is nothing to sneeze at
( the neighbor may disagree, and so may his cat)
Slow day today, hungover from last night: It seems The TowerDog is a slow learner, one should not consume beer, wine and rum as well as cigarettes all in one evening....Will write it down for future reference

CAT III
There is a huge difference between eating your neighbors cat, and eating your neighbors pussy. Something related to number of Tequilas consumed I think. The number being directly related to age and/or look of neighbor (and cat).
The Crazy Dane I think is station-manager for the Flying Tampon outfit at CPH. Haven´t seen him around here in a while, I do miss his lengthy essay on the operation of a B747 by Towerdog, F40 and the rest of the usual suspects.
Skål.
