Sorry EK PAM question

Sad state of affairs but when I have to ask you lot on prune ( but a bit more helpful than my hr ) where in earth can I see where the PAM is . Been on portal searching . Was just trying to find out what overtime pay was . Now want to know where the Manuel is .

Manuel used to be found in the kitchen at Fawlty Towers. Sadly, the actor who played him, Andrew Sachs, passed away not too long ago.

It's been said before I know, but, it ain't no overtime rate. It's less than most fellas normal hourly rate.

Agreed, which is why it's called productivity pay. It's productive for the Company, not for us! Sadly, we don't get a choice whether we want it or not.
