I'm sorry to hear about the move, Out of curiosity what time frame have they given you?

As I said on the other post, it's time to start saying NO!!!
There really do this they can control our lives just like that. well if I get an email I'll throw my ID at them and they can stick it. I'm not just saying it either.

Never make a business decision based on emotion, because it's a sure way to lose money.
And yes, all this is here is business ...the business of running your family, managing your career...handling your employer.
To them - you are just part of the business ... Manage them the same way.
Ive seen some guys let it get personal - they send emotional emails - cue a cathartic rush followed by consequences.
If the move to MS is that bad - then leave at a time and job where it makes business (family) sense. Otherwise they win.
Seek job, get interview, obtain offer, collect profit share, resign - they lose.
