Or grow a pair and be seen. Let your management see that people really are looking elsewhere and that they really do have a problem. They can't do anything to you for looking.

I remember flying with a B737 classic skipper back in 07' who was just accepted by EK.
In the cruise he whipped out this "fancy" folder with red and gold Emirates insignia on the front. It was his employment contract.
He was extremely proud that he got "in" on the B777 as an FO with "accelerated "command prospects.
His family was packed and ready to go . I wonder how the guy is doing ???
He explained the profit sharing , the free schooling , free accomodation etc. how the dirham is fixed to the dollar and how he planned on spending all the spare cash 😜😜
I wished I was him at the time - but off course I didn't have the 4000 hours required and 2000 hours on Medium Jets......Since the entry requirements have "changed" I have considered applying but after reading Pprune I think I will give it a miss.
My fear is that if things don't work out in the sand pit - and I decide to leave ......I will become a "drifter"...and wives don't like drifting husbands 😁 fact !!!
