Does anyone know if past use of antidepressants would stop you from passing a class 3 medical?

Depends

Not the drugs against you took are important, the underlying reason/illness is!

No, not necessarily.

Depends on the underlying condition, severity, symptoms, time since recovery, current mental state etc.

Assessment with a psychiatrist probably required.
