Question Any Pilots with a defibrillator (ICD)?

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone has been able to get a medical certificate to fly with an implanted defibrillator?
What class medical?
FAA or JAA or other?

I belive it is a possibilty in Canada. Anyone here with information on that?
