Hi Goose - I hope you're well! I think they will look at everything as a whole. It's hard to compare 50 people with a wide range of experience on one sim assessment as that would strongly favour those already with their PPL's due to them having flight experience. I think they're looking for people who showed improvement throughout the sim session and people they can genuinely see as TUI Pilots, which would be based on how we came across at the assessment day and during the sim!

The wait continues ay!
