09.10 - applied online
12.10 - invited to online assessment
18.10 - passed online assessment

And now: we are standing by.

I heard that this waiting period sometimes takes a long time. Anyone else with information regarding that statement?

All the best guys!

28.10 - PFO

Thank you for your application for a pilot position at easyJet.

We have now reviewed your application and unfortunately on this occasion you did not reach the benchmark required and therefore your application has not been successful. This does not mean that you do not have the relevant skills that we are looking for, we were just not able to find enough evidence to support these to the standard required. Much as we’d like to, we can’t provide individual feedback because of the large number of applications we receive.

We would be very happy to receive an application from you in the future if you still feel that easyJet is the right organisation for you. Please do keep a regular eye on our careers page as this will advertise all future available positions – careers.easyjet.com.

Thank you for your interest in easyJet. We wish you all the best in the future and look forward to hearing from you again.

Kind Regards
Pilot Recruitment Team

07.10 - applied online
9.10 - invited to online assessment
9.10 - passed online assessment
26.10 - PFO letter - same text as mentioned above

TT on A320 slightly above 1000 hours
no german language, not swiss passport - I gues this was the main reason for rejection

Good luck to all.

It is easyJet Switzerland we are debating here, isn't it? Same for me, I've an email saying I am thru the mind-games' stage and CV is under scrutiny.

Friends (EZY-UK's insiders) told me that there real selection is on just now, CV can be binned at any time and that this hold-off might last several weeks.

Location aside, has anyone gathered fresh/recent info re. the SUI contract/QOL/etc?

Best luck everyone.

I passed the online assessment a month or so ago. got email today saying PFO !
it contained a bloody silly phrase " we are not saying you doubt the experience we require we just cannot find evidence of it"
4000 hrs 2000 heavy TP
obviously being a spotty 18 yr old with mummys money and a CTC pass is what I was missing
:-)

Easyjet Online Assessment happend very fast: Applied, got Email, did Test und received at the next day that CV and Test is under revision.
Waiting for an answer for 5 days now. Let's see.

I think the test is an automatic thing. If your answers doesn't match you get an email in a very fast way. Maybe I was ok and get a chance to show myself in person.

18/04 - application completed
19/04 - invited for and immediately completed the online assessment
26/04 - positive news about the assessment

Now waiting for "Your application and CV will now be screened for evidence of the competences that are critical to success in a pilot role"...

Just logged onto the Easy Jet page to view my application. I didn't have any email traffic from EZY but the note beside my application read : Unsuccessful. I had completed and passed the online assessment.
