You say 'we' gave things up, but you then go on to say 'the AOA' needs to sort things out or you will resign. Your comments (on a public forum) only really undermine the efforts of the AOA and help the management. Even your last comment was a dig at the AOA president. If you can't figure out that you are just a negative influence overall I really don't know what else to tell you.

No, what I have said is WE AND, as a group. A number of members here on this forum are a bit frustrated. You sound Angry Traf and that's ok. I am trying to make sure we do not go backwards any further is all or, as in a lot of other places, let terms and conditions dictate.

Sometimes we are our own worst enemies and get worse things because WE let it happen. The biggest was R for free. Yes, work for free. WE let that happen.

Can we agree that in the very least we do not want to go backwards anymore?

Thanks for writing.

Agreed. We just can't forget who the real enemy is.

So this weeks Flyer starts with ...
"We met with the HKAOA twice this week to talk about the framework and scope for future negotiations on RPs and the HKPA."

Didn't we do that once before??? I seem to recall it being called the GFBA or something to that effect.

I call 'bullsh!t' !!!

It would be nice to see the company offer ONE tiny improvement or concession. There has been NO display of good faith...only a lot of 'blah blah blah'....and now even more of it. I don't know how the AOA negotiators tolerate it. I would have slit my wrists by now. I like CC...just doing my job :-)

Well at least they are "looking forward to negotiations".

I take that as a good sign they have something great to offer.

For them

Why on earth would anyone in management believe that we trust a single thing they say or promise? Just curious. After so many assaults against the aircrew and their conditions, how on earth can they think that they have any shred of credibility with us? Defies belief.

As the man said, 'Just do your job'. Don't be contactable unless you are required to be. Don't volunteer for anything. Don't extend.
You know the drill - Just do your job. Whose fault is this?? Not yours - for sure.........

You wanna Talk??!! sure you do, BUT do you want to listen??!! Absolutely not.
Until that changes why should we talk?
You want the training ban gone? No, sorry it is part and parcel of Contract Compliance.
You want it removed for a deal on HKPA and a PROMISE of meaningful talks on other topics such as RPs. Are you nuts??!! After the Company's 'promise' on housing so as to get SARS SLS over the line quickly along with all the other promises not yet delivered then you are Nuts thinking we will entertain that idea.
Management made the mess. You clean it up!!

More talks about talks this week.
In fact, I swear her update was a cut and paste of something she wrote before??

The bit about 'hit the ground running and progress matters quickly when negotiations start'

heard it before??????
