Wombaticus,
The blades require a certain amount of torsional flectional flutter to be considered "in tolerance". That is, meet the design specifications that are set by the manufacturer and demonstrated to the regulator during certification. Should they be found to be deficient, they must be refeathered and that takes time, hence the OP's delay.

I'm sorry. The foregoing is all bollocks. I have it on good authority that the F/O's company provided iPad had to be de-gaussed.

All the above responses are false. The culprit was the fetzer valve. It was fixed with 3-in-1 oil and some gauze pads. And about 10 quarts of anti-freeze, preferably Prestone. No, make that Quaker-State......
The OP is 'tiredofcx' yet clearly continues to fly with CX!

ARRIVAL
Scheduled Arrival:

Landed (from FR24):
13:40 - Wed 27-Jan-2016

I wouldn't reckon this 41 minute departure delay is worth making a fuss over. Irritating (when I'm on board and seated I want to go too) but hardly tragic. Life ain't perfect.
The delay to takeoff (long taxy + busy time of day) would account for the extra delay to the arrival.

The OP didn't imply the delay was "tragic" or otherwise, he asked a simple question but god forbid anyone could give a straight answer on here, just unleashed open house for all the resident CX "comedians". I am sure every single one of the replies had the OP in stitches just like it did me ...mm.
He MAY have had a perfectly simple and valid reason for wanting to know for personal reasons.
