Thumbs down

I don't believe that their number is anything other than the result of a carefully devised accounting trick designed to keep shareholders just happy enough and their employees squashed. Stick to your guns, compadres.

It appears there are some very strong movements to donate each individual's profit share to charity. Check with your AoA/DPA.

Brilliant idea!!

How do we ensure that CX pays the matching amount? I assume the Sunnyside Club will issue an annual report confirming the amount received. I say we all donate every penny. It will feel good and take some more money away from the greed obsessed managements bonuses. We all by now realize that 'profit sharing' exists in name only. Absolute disgrace.

Like most I meet these days, in spite of this "profit share" I do everything that is required of me, no shortcuts, no compromises, every single time I go to work from sign on to sign off, nothing less.

Also, now, NOTHING MORE ! EVER !

You have to realize that profit share is what is left for distribution to the troops only after everyone near the top has taken their huge slice of the pie .

As a traded company, CX is required to eventually post the Directors compensation. There is no doubt that once again, our executive will pocket more than the rest of the employees combined.

Did anyone see the "big picture yesterday"...First time I have ever noticed Chu come out of his cave in over a year! Don't you love the photo of him standing there with his coffee like he is launching iPhone 7. Please don't delude yourself where you work!!! Anyone can go around the work force and tell people to cut cost, to be an innovator and leader, that you are not!!!

Enjoying reading the comparisons with Delta's profits. Would this be the same Delta that emerged from Chapter 11 after dumping its pilots' pensions?

a thousand different decisions a year, any one of which can either save the company money, or cost the company money. I wonder which side of the line my decisions will favour now? $2000 X 1000 in a negative direction. Choke on it.
