Quality Heath yeah right

Just received a letter from yet another doctor here in HK stating that he is no longer accepting patients from Quality Health
What good is a medical aid scheme that fails to give access to most of the top echelon doctors in HK
Oh but of course QMS is cheap , and that is all that counts
Tell you what , lets have the option to withdraw from Quality Health get the money so that we can spend it on a medical aid scheme that actually works

I may be dull, but if the money currently in the QMS scheme isn't enough to attract the medical top-brass, do you think you will get it any other way with the same amount or will it cost you more?

I'll get my own coat.

In answer to your question what good is a medical aid scheme if you can't see the best doctors in town . I don't blame doctors for dumping Quality health they are getting somewhere in the region of $800 per consult , but QH is only paying them $240 would you waste time on CX employees if that's all you were getting
Personally I would take the money from CX plus my contributions and put it towards a decent medical aid scheme the one we have is basically worthless

I know why a doctor at hello kitty city was asked to move on.

They were demanding that he see a patient every 2.5 mins but she/he said No to this as their patients demanded the care and attention of a professional doctor.....

Interesting to note that most doctors in Hong Kong just pass you onto a specialist and don't do any GP work. (Why do the degree if you're not going to do the work?)

Also, they seem to give your prescriptions for everything, everything you don't need or require. Wasting money!!!
