True, or just an infomercial??

How Does Singapore Airlines Fly So High? (http://www.customerservicemanager.com/how-does-singapore-airlines-fly-so-high.htm)

Definately not an infomercial' the writer factually lays down percisly how SIA "does it". There is no magic in it and anyone really wanting to compete with SIA needs to read this article carefully. Then apply it to their own organisation and try to better the SIA recipe.
That is of course where the problems start because you cant get a grumpy granny of a stewardess from BA or Qantas to smile and look quite as pretty as a 'Singapore girl' while pouring your champers.

Funny you would think that service would be better on QF and BA with so many 'boilers' in the galley?

More importantly is that of space: Four abreast in business class on B777s with full reclining seats. How many other carriers feature that configuration on their B777s? . . . And give you wide seats with extra room?

Sorry, but SQ still have 777s with 6 (2-2-2) & 7 (2-3-2) in business:(

Flew on these last month.............

Was looking forward to the "new" config!
