e-mail problem

Why do e-mails from my Mum arrive in the "Deleted Items" box? I am using Outlook Express and other e-mails arrive in my "In Box" but for some strange reason - well strange to me anyway, the e-mails from my Mum arrive in my "Deleted Items" box which means that unless I check the "deleted Items" box, her e-mails get deleted before I read them.

I just can't work this one out!!

But then I'm computer illiterate!

From the tools menu on the top line of the window choose message rules, then mail.

There maybe a rule in there with some name.

delete it and all will be ok.

If there is no rule showing you should re-install outlook express.

Yeah, sounds like your Mum's on the "Blocked Senders" list.

Thanks for the advice, poor ol Mum was on the blocked senders list as you suggested! Sorry Mum, I don't know how that happened. :confused:
