Direct Law Go-Around - Airbus FBW Aircraft

After the aircraft enters Direct Law from Alternate Law following gear extension, will it then return to Alternate Law again after gear retraction in the go-around?

And assuming it doesn't, what's the logic behind it?

Durin me sims in Tooloose depending on the failure
the thing will go back to Alt Law once the gear is up.

Its an Airbus so there isnt any logic.
