Can someone enlighten me on the OFFICIAL EASA/FAA rules on what is considered an EMERGENCY EXIT ROW onboard classA airline transport aircraft.
(especially B737NG).
The reason for this question is that in my humble opinion, I'm not really sure that when there is a permanent partition (so not a divider nor curtains) between the seats and the exit door, these seats should be classed as an emergency-exit row.
I would look it up myself but lack the documents at the moment.
Any help really appreciated as this is bothering me a lot :bored:
