What do the EU carriers call a person who conducts JAR-OPS line cheks? The FAA has a defined name - "check airman".
JAR-OPS arlines must give each pilot an annual line check conducted by a qualified commander. My question is what does the various EU airlines call this position? (In additon to the fact that he/she might also be a TRI/TRE).
